Choose one of our packages, or build your own from our ADD-ON options and check availability on the calendar. Once you select your date and time, request to book (note, party time is the actual time your party will start, it does not include set up time before the party). Requesting to book will create a reservation request.

Once we confirm the date and time will work and agree on a party set up time, and take down time, and you agree to the terms and conditions, payment will be requested via Venmo. Once payment is received, your reservation will be confirmed.

Day parties will be limited to 3 hours, not including 2.5 hour set up window prior, and immediate take down once the party is over.

For example, a day party starting at 2pm, will have a party set up window from 11:30 am - 2 pm, and Party People Place will arrive at 5pm for equipment pick up.

Night Parties will be limited to 18 hours, not including 2.5 hour set up window prior to start time, and immediate take down once the party is over.

For example, a Friday night party starting at 4 pm, will have a set up window from 1:30 - 4 pm, and Party People Place will arrive at 10 am for equipment pick up.

We think camping parties are fun for all ages, but you know your kid best! We provide measurements for all of our equipment for you to decide if you think it will work for your kid and your space. For example, the camper might not be fun for all big kids, but even some big kids still like to crawl around and get imaginative!

Bigger kids can ditch the sleeping bags, and host a spa or glamping party with the tents, twinkle lights, and air mattresses with sheets.

The air mattresses and sleeping mats are full size, but the sleeping bags might not be very comfy for bigger kids. If you want to use all of the equipment, minus the sleeping bags, inquire for a discount.

You probably need more space than you think!

One full tent unit with an air mattress measures 39.5 inches wide and 75 inches long.

Swapping out an air mattress for a camping sleep mat instead of the air mattress provides for flexibility in space if that’s a concern.

The sleep mats measure 26.5 wide x 72.5 long, this allows us to shave off a few inches of tent width, bringing the total width closer to 33 inches wide.

For the Happy Camper package with air mattresses, all tents lined up next to each other would be 13.25 feet long. Using the air mattresses would bring this down to approximately 11.25 - 12 feet long.

Measurements:

4 tent units would measure approximately 13.25 feet wide and 6.25 feet long. Ensure your space will accommodate either a straight line or a rounded setup.

The inflatable sleep mats are smaller than the twin air mattresses, and save up to 12 inches on space.

The customer may elect to cancel this Agreement with a full refund by contacting Party People no less than 14 days prior to the Delivery Date. If Customer elects to cancel this agreement fewer than 14 days prior to the Delivery Date, then Customer may elect to either (i) reschedule to a different Delivery Date without forfeit of the Deposit, or (ii) forfeit the Deposit.

For inclement weather or other unforeseeable events make the delivery of the Equipment unsafe in Party People’s sole discretion, then Party People in its sole discretion may elect to cancel the Agreement and issue a refund of any Fees.

We will do our best to troubleshoot and try to make it work. Sometimes, this means ditching the tents, or ditching the mattresses. We might have to break up the campsite into separate rooms. Help avoid this by measuring your space before ordering, being mindful of spaces, doorways, or walkways that might have to be blocked. Another thing to consider, do you have space to temporarily move or rearrange furniture to accommodate the camping equipment?

Customer must ensure that the location for the equipment has been cleared in advance of any heavy furniture or other items and that Party People has sufficient space to assemble all of

the Equipment. If the space is inaccessible or insufficient to accommodate the Equipment upon Party People’s arrival, then Party People in its sole discretion may elect to terminate

this Agreement without returning the Fees.

Party People Place will arrive to set up the party on the agreed upon time prior to booking (typically a 2.5 hour window prior to party start time). Party people will arrive at the aggreged upon party end time to assess equipment condition and take down equipment.

Customer shall provide Party People with reasonable access to the setup and pickup location to allow for timely and safe setup and breakdown of the Equipment. Customer must ensure that the location for the equipment has been cleared in advance of any heavy furniture or other items and that Party People has sufficient space to assemble all of the Equipment. If the space is inaccessible or insufficient to accommodate the Equipment upon Party People’s arrival, then Party People in its sole discretion may elect to terminate this Agreement without returning the Fees.
